Shipping and Returns
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the B2B customer. Orders generally are shipped from our warehouse in El Paso, Texas. We will ship via USPS Ground unless alternative arrangements are made between Western Aloha and the B2B customer prior to shipping. Absent prior arrangements, shipping charges will be added to the invoice.
Please allow 3-6 days for shipping on domestic orders. International shipping times may be longer.
We want you to be happy with your Western Aloha purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with our garments, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right.
You can start a return within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns are accepted at Western Aloha’s discretion. Please email us at email@example.com with all return requests.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the B2B customer. We do not charge additional return or restocking fees. Our warehouse processes returns in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 business days after the return has been delivered for the return to be processed.
To initiate a B2B exchange, product must be first returned and then the B2B customer may place a new order for the replacement product.
